Silica, soda ash and cullet are batched to recipe and melted in continuous furnaces for clarity and consistency.
Gobs are formed in precision moulds — pressed, blown or press-and-blow depending on the article.
Controlled cooling through annealing lehrs removes internal stress for commercial-grade durability.

Catalogue items start at 5,000 pieces per SKU. Fully custom moulds typically start at 10,000–24,000 pieces depending on shape and decoration — one 20-ft container holds roughly 18,000–26,000 tumblers, so most custom programs are quoted per container.
Yes. Private label uses our catalogue shapes with your decoration and packaging. OEM goes further: your drawings, your mould, your QC plan. Both ship under your brand with your artwork on every carton.
Catalogue orders ship in 30–45 days from confirmation. Custom programs add 25–35 days for mould development and a sealed pre-production sample before bulk begins.
We quote EXW, FOB (Mundra / Nhava Sheva) and CIF to your port. Standard terms are an advance with balance against documents; LC at sight is accepted for established programs.
Always. Every lot ships with our photo/video QC report, and we schedule SGS, Bureau Veritas or your own QC team for pre-shipment inspection on request.
